Welcome to Flow Together. By using our app, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully. These terms apply to all users of the Flow Together mobile application.

Agreement to Terms

  • By downloading, installing, or using Flow Together, you agree to be bound by these Terms
  • If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the app
  • You must be 18 years or older to use this service
  • By using Flow Together, you represent that you are at least 18 years old

About Flow Together

Flow Together is a mobile application that provides:

  • Menstrual cycle tracking and phase predictions
  • Partner syncing and daily check-ins
  • AI-powered relationship guidance
  • Phase-based tips and recommendations
  • Product recommendations (Care Packages)

Important Disclaimers

  • !Flow Together is NOT a medical device or service
  • !Information provided is for educational and informational purposes only
  • !Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition
  • !Always consult healthcare professionals for medical advice
  • !Cycle predictions are estimates and should not be used for contraception or fertility planning

Your Account

Account Creation

  • You may create an account using available authentication methods provided in the app
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account

Partner Pairing

  • Flow Together allows you to connect with one partner using a pairing code
  • You are responsible for sharing your pairing code only with your intended partner
  • Both partners must consent to sharing data within the app

Account Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time through app settings
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • Upon termination, your data will be deleted according to our Privacy Policy

Subscriptions

Free Tier

Basic features available at no cost

Limited AI assistant messages (5 lifetime)

Pro Subscription

All features including unlimited AI assistant

$3.99/month or $19.99/year

Payment Terms

  • All payments processed through Apple's App Store
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Manage subscriptions in your Apple ID settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods

Price Changes

  • We reserve the right to change subscription prices
  • Price changes will be communicated in advance
  • Continued use after price change constitutes acceptance

AI Assistant Usage

Nature of AI Responses

  • The AI assistant provides general guidance based on your profile and check-ins
  • AI responses are NOT professional medical, psychological, or relationship counseling
  • AI may occasionally provide inaccurate or inappropriate responses
  • You should not rely solely on AI advice for important decisions

Usage Limits

  • Free users: 5 AI messages lifetime
  • Pro users: Unlimited messages (fair use policy applies)
  • We reserve the right to limit excessive or abusive usage

Content Guidelines

  • Do not use the AI for illegal purposes
  • Do not attempt to manipulate or "jailbreak" the AI
  • Do not share AI conversations publicly without our consent

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • ✕Use the app for any illegal purpose
  • ✕Share false or misleading information
  • ✕Attempt to access other users' accounts or data
  • ✕Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • ✕Use the app to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • ✕Share your account credentials with third parties
  • ✕Use automated systems to access the app
  • ✕Interfere with the app's operation or security

Consequences: Violations may result in account suspension or termination. We may report illegal activities to law enforcement.

Ownership & Rights

Our Property

  • Flow Together, including its design, features, and content, is owned by Minner Labs LLC
  • "Flow Together," "Ollie," and related branding are trademarks of Minner Labs LLC
  • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our intellectual property without permission

Your Content

  • You retain ownership of data you enter into the app
  • By using the app, you grant us a license to use your data to provide our services
  • See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your data

Feedback

  • Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without compensation
  • We are not obligated to implement any suggestions

Disclaimers

"AS IS" Service

  • Flow Together is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We make no warranties, express or implied
  • We do not guarantee the app will be error-free or uninterrupted

Health Disclaimer

  • Flow Together is NOT a substitute for professional medical advice
  • Cycle predictions are estimates only
  • Do not use for contraception or fertility planning
  • Consult healthcare providers for medical concerns

Relationship Disclaimer

  • Flow Together provides general guidance, not professional counseling
  • We are not responsible for relationship outcomes
  • For serious relationship issues, seek professional help

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Minner Labs LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Minner Labs LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the app
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights

Updates to Terms

  • We may update these Terms from time to time
  • Material changes will be communicated via the app or email
  • Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance
  • If you disagree with changes, stop using the app and delete your account

Governing Law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States
  • Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts
  • You waive any objections to jurisdiction or venue in such courts

General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Minner Labs LLC

Severability

If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right does not waive that right

Assignment

You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them freely
